OPPO showcases its 10x Hybrid Zoom smartphone camera capabilities on its Weibo account. Watch the clip here.
As you may remember, OPPO initially introduced its super smartphone camera module sporting 10x Hybrid Zoom technology in China last month. Well, we are also expecting OPPO to formally showcase to the world this latest innovation of theirs via the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2019 aka MWC 2019 in Barcelona, Spain next week.
And while we are a couple of days away from this MWC 2019 event, OPPO's Vice President Brian Shen, already showcased this 10x hybrid zoom's capabilities on the company's official Weibo account via a 22-second clip. The video was then republished by OPPO itself on their Twitter account which is embedded below.

We can see in the video how the camera zooms into Barcelona's La Sagrada Familia up to 10x without loosing any details and quality of the image. Does this mean we can now see this new camera system on an OPPO smartphone? We don't know yet, but the company is also rumored to be launching a new flagship device being referred to as the Find Z powered by the latest and most powerful Snapdragon 855 chip and that device will have this 10x Hybrid Zoom lens, again according to reports.
OPPO will hold an event at MWC 2019 called "innovation event" on February 23 in Barcelona at 2PM local time. Stay tuned for more details coming from the event soon.
